A key component in public safety operations.
The Digital Sandbox 7 Pre-Incident Fire Planning Module links the critical asset data in DS7 with a jurisdiction’s Fire and Rescue Department’s site database. Through this in-tegration, Pre-fire Plans (PFPs) can be created and accessed through a streamlined, automated process. During emergency responses, operators can determine in real time the proximity and vulnerability of other critical assets in the affected area that may be at risk; they can view structural details about those assets that have been pre-collected. ►

Integration with Existing Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) System and DS7 Assets
Users can import existing Pre-Incident Fire Plan data from the CAD, enable system--to-system updates, and link between Pre-Incident Fire Plans and DS7 Assets.
Web-based Pre-Incident Fire Plan Workflows and Data Collection
Paper-based processes, data collection, and business rules can be easily tra-nsitioned to online web-based system, improving efficiency and creating a central electronic repository for PFP information. PFPs can be managed, scheduled, approved, updated, searched, and accessed online.
Automated Pre-Incident Fire Plan Reports
Users can generate and print Pre-fire Plan reports on demand, and as needed.
