State of New Jersey selects Digital Sandbox to build out Regional terrorism risk management capabilities

Sep 02 2005

Digital Sandbox, Inc., a leading provider of risk management strategies and solutions to homeland security and public safety organizations, today announced that the State of New Jersey has engaged the firm to build out its terrorism risk management capability. Under this initiative, spearheaded by New Jersey’s Office of Counterterrorism, Digital Sandbox will develop key risk management business processes, roll out the Site Profiler software suite statewide, and train users at the County and State level. This statewide rollout of Site Profiler follows a pilot project in 2004 that demonstrated how law enforcement, emergency management, and critical infrastructure protection professionals at the county and state levels could be integrated together to identify risks to the State, and prioritize homeland security expenditures to maximize return on investment. Site Profiler software is scheduled to be deployed at all 21 Counties in the late Fall.
