Digital Sandbox Hosts Webinar on Effective Risk-Based Allocation

Dec 15 2009

Today Digital Sandbox, a leading provider of analytic risk management software, hosted the fourth webinar in its Risk Analysis Center webinar series.  Digital Sandbox Chief Scientist David Daniels discussed the importance of using quantified metrics to account for risk in resource allocation decisions, and presented a proven approach to implementing a risk-based allocation program.  In addition to a metrics-based analytic risk management approach, Daniels also suggested a structured evaluation of several essential factors, including basic considerations like available assets and governmental responsibilities. The approach Daniels advocates, however, also factors in funding potential, policy directives, and a host of additional variables.  To view the entire webinar click here.
