Digital Sandbox Chief Scientist Will Present at IEEE Homeland Security Conference

Digital Sandbox, Inc., provider of the Risk Analysis Center (RAC) suite of risk management software and analysis services, announced that that its Chief Scientist, Dr. David Daniels, has been selected to lead a session at this year’s IEEE Conference on Technologies for Homeland Security in Waltham, MA.
On Tuesday, May 12, Dr. Daniels will present his paper, State/Local CIP Risk Analysis – First Results and Emerging Trends in the Data. Technology has become a key enabler of effective risk management for homeland security, and Digital Sandbox has deployed its solutions to successfully create and automate risk management programs for numerous State and municipal clients. Dr. Daniel’s analysis presents the first benchmarking data available to assess performance in this important field.
More than 500 professionals and peers from academia, research laboratories, and Homeland Security Centers of Excellence, as well as the small business, system integrator and end-user communities, will be in attendance at this national forum on emerging best practices in homeland security.
