Client Services Manager

The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for delivering and growing business in their accounts through implementing effective project management, building the client’s program, and up-selling solutions based on our software products and services.
Specific Responsibilities:
- The successful delivery against a current contract for up to 4-6 clients depending on size
- Defining and executing the customer roadmaps that will lead to year-over-year growth in each client
- Owning all aspects of the client from leveraging executive-to-executive communication to ensuring high quality deliverables
- Becoming a trusted advisor and thought leader for each client
- Championing the clients’ needs to internal departments such as Product Management
- Leading business pursuit efforts from opportunity identification to proposal creation, to contract signature.
- The management and growth of internal resources through effective feedback
- Creating and executing the project plan for a current Statement of Work
- Delivering on all milestones within budget
- Managing client expectations and managing scope creep
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least five to eight years of successful product or project management experience, particularly in the healthcare industry
Skills:
- Proven client management skills with battle scars to show how they were learned
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly moving from a need to a good idea to execution
- Ability to provide leadership to clients and be accountable for their success
- Ability to influence client stake holders and internal decision makers to move ideas forward
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive that grows accounts through up-selling
- Ability to define solutions for complex client problems using primarily products with some services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail, while not losing focus on the big picture
- Passion and drive to help clients succeed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to hold and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
Desired Qualifications (preferred, but not required):
- Experience as a product manager or designing solutions for clients
- Experience with risk analytics, or at least intellectually intrigued by it
- Public Health experience or a desire to work with that industry
