Critical Asset Catalog ►
The Digital Sandbox Platform’s asset management modules include a comprehensive, intelligent database that helps users capture the information needed to properly analyze and manage an asset’s risk. With Digital Sandbox’s asset catalog feature, users can perform the following functions:
■ Collect basic “biographical” data for each asset, such as, address, POC, geo-codes, etc.
■ Transmit data to C/ACAMS.
■ Visually present asset data on a map; sort by Priority, Sector, and Risk.
■ Perform comprehensive security and vulnerability assessments, using detailed, assessment-specific data entry forms.
■ Create separate asset groups for analysis and monitoring.
■ Design, disseminate, and tabulate the results of surveys asking for CIKR information.
Consequence and Vulnerability Assessments ►
The Digital Sandbox Platform enables users to assess asset vulnerability and consequences of threat impact – information which is critical to the risk analysis process. Digital Sandbox provides national vulnerability and consequence values as defaults, but allows users to change the default scores according to local knowledge and experience. This ability to manually adjust vulnerability and consequence information allows users to increase the assessment accuracy based on local conditions.
Risk Analysis ►
The Digital Sandbox Analytic Platform combines asset, vulnerability, and consequence information with terrorism threat and natural hazards data already integrated into the system. Using its patented risk analytics and scoring algorithms, Digital Sandbox automatically determines the relative risk to each asset for each asset-threat scenario. Users can generate at any time reports on risk by sector and sub-sector, jurisdiction, and priority; asset statistics; security assessment reports; and more.
Mobile Access ►
Access to Digital Sandbox’s asset catalog is available 24/7, in any location, through the Mobile Command and Mobile Assessor apps. Using an iPhone® or iPad™, users can view all the details of a single asset, check its risk score, and view it geographically in the context of other critical assets. With the Mobile Assessor, users can perform a comprehensive security assessment and transmit the data directly to the Digital Sandbox system.
