The Digital Sandbox Risk Analysis Center Special Events Package leverages a client’s core Risk Analysis Center (RAC) critical infrastructure asset catalog and risk assessments to provide a common operating picture during an event across multiple levels of organizations. The Special Events Package is fully integrated with the Risk Analysis Center and, once enabled, is supported and available for use as part of the Risk Analysis Center Subscription.

Common Operating Picture (COP) Module
Unified system for visually tracking and communicating risks and analyzing emerging threat situations.

Special Event Playbook
Set of stakeholder-specific operationally-focused playbooks containing comprehensive, risk-based profile of assets and events extended throughout the entire special event timeline.  Playbook recipients include operators, commanders, and stakeholders at the Federal, State, and local levels, including the Mayor, event staff, and State agency owners. Playbooks include data targeted for specific stakeholder operations, such as:

  • Map overlays of related districts.
  • Situation reports.
  • Descriptions of potential threats and advance security response scenarios.
  • Timeline of official and unofficial events.

Analyst Support
Real-time analyst services are included to help monitor the Common Operating Picture and analyze potential threat scenarios.
