Public Safety Operations: Fire Module

The Digital Sandbox Risk Analysis Center Fire Module is a key component of the RAC’s Public Safety Operations functionality. It links the critical asset data in the RAC with a jurisdiction’s Fire and Rescue Department’s site database. Through this integration, Pre-fire Plans (PFPs) can be created and accessed through a streamlined, automated process. During emergency responses, operators can determine in real time the proximity and vulnerability of other critical assets in the affected area that may be at risk; they can view structural details about those assets that have been pre-collected.

Integration with Existing Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) System and RAC Assets
Users can import existing Pre-fire Plan data from the CAD, enable system-to-system updates, and link between Pre-fire Plans and RAC Assets.

Web-based Pre-Fire Plan Work-Flows and Data Collection
Paper-based processes, data collection, and business rules can be easily transitioned to online web-based system, improving efficiency and creating a central electronic repository for PFP information. PFPs can be managed, scheduled, approved, updated, searched, and accessed online.

Automated Pre-fire Plan Reports
Users can generate and print Pre-fire Plan reports on demand, and as needed.

Features
