Critical Infrastructure Protection
A core component of Digital Sandbox’s Risk Analysis Center (RAC) is its critical infrastructure management and protection function. Intelligent asset data collection and assessment features enable users to gather asset information in a single location, establish asset priority, and systematically assess asset vulnerability to and consequences of a jurisdiction’s threats and hazards. This foundational database of asset information can be viewed geospatially, linked to external systems, and integrated with the RAC’s target capabilities assessments.
Results of the RAC’s integrated risk analysis capability provides decision-makers with accurate asset risk data necessary to make informed CIKR protection and resource allocation decisions.
Critial Infrastructure Protection - Key Components
CIKR Asset Catalog
Specialized relational database developed for collecting key asset data. Fields for basic biographic info, as well as latitude/longitude, NAIC code, priority, photos, ACAMS information, and POCs are standard and can be accessed via multiple reporting methods.
Asset Risk Data
The RAC’s data analysis module provides immediate insight into the jurisdiction’s asset risk. Updated risk statistics for jurisdiction, assets, sectors, sub-sectors, and threat categories are instantly accessible upon logging into the RAC.
C/ACAMS Data Transfer
RAC asset data can be automatically transferred to C/ACAMS via its Transfer to ACAMS function. RAC asset screens inform users as to which data fields are required to meet the C/ACAMS criticality guidelines. Assets meeting those guidelines are marked and later transferred to C/ACAMS, populating the system’s minimally required data fields.
